Returns Policy

Returns and Exchanges Policy | The Taaya Boutique

 

The nature of our product is such that we do not encourage returns, however if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer an exchange/return period of up to two days. If you would like to return/exchange your item with something else, simply drop us an email at taayaboutique@gmail.com or contact us on +94767175552 and we will guide you on how you can get your item exchanged.

Returns & exchanges WILL ONLY be accepted under the following conditions

–       The seller has to be notified immediately via a call +94767175552 (preferably) or alternatively via email to taayaboutique@gmail.com or whatsapp to upon receipt of the product and they will guide you on the process.

–       The buyer has to arrange for courier or drop off of the return product to the store (in Mount Lavinia) within 48 hours (including weekends & holidays) of receipt of the product

–       Refunds for Returns will be offered deducting the delivery charges.

–       For Exchanges, the selected product has to be of a value higher or equal to the value purchased and it has to be available.

–       Delivery charges for the exchange product (if delivery applicable) will be charged from the buyer

Returns and Exchanges are NOT applicable for:

–        Items with obvious signs of use

–        Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

–       Purchases above Rs.10,000/- due to the high cost nature of the product

–       SALE/ DISCOUNTED/ offer items

–       An item that is the last in stock (this will be notified to you by the store)

–       For the second time (once a return or exchange is already made)

–       Store has the rights to refuse returns and exchange, if not satisfied with the condition of the products purchased.

Very IMPORTANT – Once the order has being confirmed and already processed for Cash on delivery, if the buyer decides to reject the order or not accept the order even after four attempts of delivery, the buyer will be de-listed from our store as per our operating policies. The buyer will only be re-listed for purchase of our products if a prepayment is made for the product via Online payment or a bank transfer.

Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your return is received (within 02 days) and inspected, we will decide of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment or by cash, within a certain amount of days.
